What the app does
TUGANQ watches the Armenian state portals for you. Add a person or a car once, and the app checks traffic fines, video-surveillance decisions, Yerevan parking, technical inspection, vehicle property and environmental tax, and compulsory enforcement records, then tells you what is due and by when. It also carries the 2026 table of fines and a knowledge base of articles about how each portal works.
Setting up the cabinet
Some checks need only a plate or a public service number. The Police cabinet - the one showing your fines, penalty points and documents - needs a sign-in on roadpolice.am, and that portal answers with an SMS code sent to the phone number registered there. The app asks you for that code; it cannot receive it for you. Once the session is established it is kept in the Keychain on your device and reused until the portal expires it, at which point you sign in again.
When a check does not work
- A portal is down or slow. State portals go offline for maintenance, sometimes for hours. The app names the source that failed and keeps the last answer it had.
- A portal asks for a captcha. yerevan.am protects its parking list with a reCAPTCHA a person has to pass, so that check is started by hand rather than in the background.
- A sign-in expired. The Police cabinet ends sessions on its own; the app will ask you to sign in again with a fresh SMS code.
- A portal returns nothing for a car. That is the portal's answer, not the app's - the app never invents a result. If the portal's own website shows something different, tell us, and name the plate's region rather than the full plate.
- An amount looks wrong. Every figure comes from the portal or from the 2026 table of fines. The final word always belongs to the decision itself.
The data belongs to the portals, not to us
TUGANQ reads the state portals; it does not issue, amend or cancel anything. A fine that is wrong, a tax paid but still shown as due, a car that is not yours - those are corrected by the body that made the record. The app links to each portal so you can check the source yourself.
Paying
The app takes no payments. When you choose to pay a fine, it opens the payment page of the service that handles it, and the payment happens there.
Getting in touch
Write to [email protected]. Tell us which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, which check failed, and what the app showed. Do not send us your public service number, your passport details or a portal password - we never need them.
