The 2026 fines table, offline
All 120 articles ship inside the app and open with no signal. Search finds an Armenian row from Latin typing and corrects a wrong keyboard layout, and a row opens onto the statute's own Armenian wording with a link to arlis.am.
The two rebates as switches
The 20% notification discount of article 283 and the 30% early-payment discount of article 299, each applied only where the law allows it. A sanction that takes the licence rather than money shows the suspension, not an amount.
The cars this phone watches
The people and the plates you have added, and what each of them owes. Every check runs against the public state portal with the details you type in.
The decision behind a fine
Read in the app rather than on a website: the camera's recording from roadpolice.am, the city's photograph from yerevan.am.
The dates that catch people out
Penalty points, the driving licence, the compulsory-insurance date, the technical-inspection date from inspect.am, and the environmental tax charged to the car.
The calculators and the guides
Administrative-court state duty, vehicle environmental tax, and vehicle property tax with the late-payment penalty broken down - beside the step-by-step guides, where a bookmarked article is kept whole and opens with no connection.
Built to be read
Light and dark, Dynamic Type, and a reader-only text-size lever. Articles render natively, so text selection and VoiceOver work. iPad and landscape get a page, not a stretched phone layout. And a glossary covers the words the app cannot avoid using: the social security number, the registration certificate, owner against operator, penalty points.
What it will not do
It has no account and no sign-up. What you type is sent to the state portal you asked to check, and nowhere else. No advertising and no tracking.
It cannot receive your SMS code. roadpolice.am answers a sign-in with a code texted to the number registered there, and that code is entered by you.
It takes no payments. When you decide to pay a fine, the app opens the payment page of the service that handles it, and the payment happens there.
It is an independent app. It is not published by, and is not affiliated with, any authority of the Republic of Armenia. Rates and wording are ported from the published law - confirm an amount with the issuing authority before you pay it.
It sends us nothing
The app keeps its data on your phone. There is no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK in it, and its privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types - which is why the App Store listing says Data Not Collected.
